my mobile no is ********72, i am using GPRS package since last month. still you used to take money from my main account. i already place a verbal complaint 2 weeks before. but no use of it. when i was in the situation to make an emergency call to someone my balance shows as nil. and i was really upset about this. i hope you should take it seriously and help me to get rid of this problem as soon as possible.
