I Veronica Gomes informing about that me and my family is suffering from power cut. I complain to BSES Customer Care at 8pm on 2nd July 2012. Our meter got sparked thrice times and it can be dangerous for us and also for our neighbors. we called them many times, they told us that they will send their lineman within 1hr but there was no response from them. They are so irresponsible with their service. Please look forward to our complain.
