Dear sir

my name is mr.aman upadhyay , I bought a flat from ABW infrastructures ltd gurgaon , in their aditya niketan township sector M1A manesar gurgaon in june 2010 , but till date they havent started their execution of work , the reason well known to the owner mr.atul bansal itself they or rather mr. atul bansal is a master cheater , from 2010 ABW has launched 3 projects and havent started the execution of any project , thats I think is enough to say the attitude of the company, please help and suggest what can I do in this regard

I had invested in 2000 sq ft commercial space in ABW Infrastructure Ltd project called Gateway Towers at Badarpur, Haryana in 2010 on 12 % assured return basis with monthly cheques issued in my name. The builder has stopped issuing cheques since March 2015 and after great effort they issued me cheques for September and October ( still due). One cheque of September has bounced and fate of October cheques shall be known after depositing.
Also the Builder did not deposit any TDS for 2014-2015 in spite of deducting it before issuing the cheques.
They do not reply to emails and any kind of communication and provide no answer for previous pending cheques and future cheques or about the pending cheques.
