Dear Sir / Madam
Earlier, I was in impression that, TVS is a good brand name & good in
service & customer support, but now I feel I was wrong to believe
this.
I am really exhausted of making multiple requestes to resolve my concern.
See the below history happaning with me.......
01.01.13 - I purchased scooty streak
28.02.13 - I made complaint for issuing of my Vehicle No.
03.04.13 - Accedent of vehicle
04.04.13 - Vehicle no. received (received immidiately after accident)
04.04.13 - I submitted my scooty for repair
22.04.13 - Till not resolved
I made minimum 50 calls to get Vehicle No.
I made minimum 70 calls to give my scoopy after repair.
I have two options, you please keep this scooty with you and give my
all my money back or give me my scooty back after repair on your cost
as all the concerns are raised due to your internal issues, which i
request to resolve fast & do the needful.
I am thinking of putting my complaint in consumer court if you have
not given me my scooty back to me latest by 23.04.13 with repair on
your cost. You are kindly requested to please support this incidence
on goodwill basis as you already know the history as mentioned
above.Otherwise really need to scrap this scooty in Public.
I can not bear the cost due to your internal concerns.
