Respected Sir/ Mam,

Myself Rekha Badiya who booked a flat -402, 4th Floor, Gajanan ashirwad, Plot number 433, sector - 5, sanpada, navi mumbai, however builder Mr. Mr. Sanjay Dhakway & his assistant Sudhakar are not answering my call to confirm possession, I have booked the flat in year April 2011, possession date was on or before 31 October 2011 & not got the possession of my house till date even after several follow ups & reminder. Lift is still under construction & As confirmed by builder old contractor ran away hence he is searching for another contractor which may take few more months. Court shelf was also to be there in house plan which is not prepared, I have being staying on rent since last 1 year & also paying EMI of my loan, Amount is being paid to builder except 40,000 which is the last & final installment from SBI bank(Agreement value – 10 Lac.).
