Respected Sir,

To day laydown at H.Nizamudin Station 6.50 am from KOTA to NIZAMUDIN Train No.12415
This train leave the kota station 22.40 on 01.12.2013 from kota to Nizamudin station Coach Conducter
not attend the Coach No.S13 hole night so many passengers comes in reserve coach and travel
in the coach S13 . Due to this problem I could not use my sleeperbooked against PNR NO.********28
When a passenger book the ticket in
sleeper and pay the extra service charges for our comfort travel , what is railway responsiblity please
confirm to me by mail.
When laydown at Nizamuddin Station I go to station Master on duty Mr Mahesh Sharma for complaint
he told me for complaint go to may I help both ,but there was no body available on duty.
So I am again visit Mr Sharma office for our complain but he has not co-operate me for my problem.
To day I feel That H.Nizamuddin station running on murcey of god.
After that I write the complain by e mail.

Please take necessry action and informe to me what action tken by you orgainsation.
