I am not at all happy with the PRODUCT and SERVICE that i have recieved from your branch at old madras road
I am owning a Honda Activa bearing register number : KA 53 Y 6612, i had purchased this vehicle on Sept 23rd..
I have completed 2 services from the day one i have been facing an issue with the front handle where its making a sound, i had explained the issue with the service technician when i had given the vehicle for service and it was never fixed,
Today i was on my way from work, and the silencer broke down and came out. since it was disturbing with the odd sound i happend to take it to a near by technician who had suggested me to weld the silencer, and i got to know that this is a known issue with the honda activa as the silence { muffler } itself is weighing 2 kg... now people say that this is the known issue with the Honda Activa,,
Now when i checked about the front handle jerk issue i got to know that this happens coz there is a cone cap which needs to be either installed inside the front handle panel or it needs to be changed which normally has to be done at the time of service..
Now after my repeated requests which i had made to your service technician, he/ HONDA HAIKU SERVICE CENTER never fixed it..
IF i had not consulted a local technician i wouldn have came to know about it...
Are customers fools ??? Are you just trying to sqeeze customer by taking money from them ????
I feel i would have to take this up to the consumer court.
Expecting an early reply from your end....
I tried speaking with your service center people but none of them are customer centric and none of them are polite.
