there are lots of stray domestic animals like cows and buffaloes sitting on the road side just before the bridge that connects Ghatkopar east and west. in the morning during peak hours already there is traffic jams and these stray animals are sitting or standing in the middle of the road creating chaos. either the owner of those animals should be punished. its not the place where animals should be kept or the traffic police should intervein.this happens just in front of the metro shoes shop the turn.
i think action should be taken.
