Hi

We have booked a LTC 80 tour package of sri nagar( 3 night 4 days) through Saint Travel Services. They have given us voucher of hotels/houseboat 15 days prior to travel. I have personal checked & confirmed booking with Mr Mehraj(0********36) for the same.
On 17th June 2013 , when we reached Jhageer Continental in Sri Nagar as per booking voucher, they told that rooms are not available & they will shift us to any other hotel (equivalent) to them. They have given hotel name (Valley home) to driver & asked him to drop us there. After 1 hour of searching hotel, driver was unable to locate the valley home hotel. Finally we reached at hotel (which was inside the colony) and found that it was not equivalent to Jhageer Continental. Then we talked to our travel agent in Delhi & asked him to arrange replacement hotel equivalent to Jhageer Continental. At 8:30pm we have been dropped at Kay Zee hotel , which was not good but we were with children & hence we have to stay in this hotel.
We informed travel agent SAINT Travels in delhi , not to repeat the same on 19th june when we have to board houseboat.

On 19th June 2013, when we came back after tired trip of Pahalgam at 7:00pm, we were supposed to drop at Fantesia Houseboat, Nagin Lake. But we have been dropped at Marco Polo Houseboat which was not at all good/equivalent to Fantesia houseboat. After escalating the same to Saint travel & Mr Mehraj, they asked to go to Heevan Houseboat in Dal lake which was 1 hour travel distance from that place. Our children were hungry & we have been asked to go to Heevan houseboat at 9:00pm. At 10:00pm we have been provided dinner at 3rd class restaurant(dhaba) near dal lake as no food was available at houseboat.
Lastly 11:00pm we reached Heevan Houseboat.
In the morning, we have only provided bread butter jam and poha as breakfast. When we asked for paranthas then caretaker told that he was very tired since last three days due to marriage of houseboat owner.

Also we have been asked to board one shikara (7 people) for shikara ride & pay for the same whereas it was included in the package. Then we showed voucher to houseboat people & when we insisted for another shikara then they arranged one more shikara which took another half an hour.

We have been harassed by travel agent services during this entire trip. We have made number of calls in roaming to avail our package services. Our children faced lots of problem due to these issues. Local travel agent not even bothered to meet us once in entire 4 days. They only instructed driver to take us wherever they want.

Strict action should be taken against saint travel services & their sub travel agent in Sri Nagar.
