TV Model No. KV-AAR-21M83, SL. No. 0701379 given for repair on 04.06.2012 with complaint Pink Picture & No Audio. Two days have passed, sofar no information about the complaint. when I contacted yesterday i.e., 05.06.2012 at 1700 Hrs, the Receptionist didn't responsed properly with vogue answers like our Engineers are still checking. It may take another day. Today 6th June 2012 when I contacted no body bothers to say the exact problem of the complaint. The Incharge Ms. Joyti is also unable to sort out the problem. I am feeling very bad about the behaviour of the Vigneshwara Services. The feedback, Serviceman attitude, punctuality is very very poor. Kindly set right the issue immediately.
