I had bought a suzuki GS150R motorcycle in the year 2010 from Ashvek Motors Pvt. Ltd near peoples high school, Rua De Ourem, Panjim. Since then my servicing of the bike was satisfactory. The engine performance of the bike is good. But when the time came for me to replace the parts of my bike, the service center which is situated at Madhuban Complex, St.Inez, Panjim, has told me that there are no parts in stock with them and its has been that way for quite some time. when asked if I could place an order for the parts, they repleid saying that there is no guarantee that we will receive the parts for this particular model of suzuki.
I would the humbly request the respective authority incharge, to kindly see that there is availabilty of parts at the respective service center mentioned above. Hope fully there is some quick action taken by the respected authority so that there's no inconvenience caused to the customer.
I agree! Have had big troubles with Ashvek Suzuki! Horrible staff, no stock of even BASIC parts (Battery Fuse, Bolts, Mats, etc) and couldn't get the Speedometer either.

Ended up going to Quadros Suzuki (opposite Chowgule College, Gogol, Margao), for parts that I can't get, and for full services every now-and-then. Other than that, I just go to local mechanics, much less hassle.
If you need parts, Scooter Care Centre in Panaji (on one of the lanes going right from 18th June Road, near Bombay Bazaar) is helpful, or the shops opposite it. The mechanics in the lane opposite Bombay Bazaar is VERY good.
Ashvek Suzuki needs to keep spares and train their representatives well, the after sales experience with Suzuki is absolutely horrible in Panaji.
