SIR I HAVE PURCHASED A NEW I-20 ASTA ABS ON 31ST DEC,2010.ON 22ND APRIL 2011 I MET AN ACCIDENT. THEREAFTER THE CAR WAS GOT DAMAGE.NOW THE CAR WAS FULLY REPAIRED BUT THE BUTTON OF POWER WINDOW IS NOT FUNCTIONAL. THE STAFF OF SERVICE CENTRE SAYS THAT POWER WINDOW BUTTON IS NOT AVAILABLE AT SERVICE CENTRE. IT WILL COME FROM SOUTH KOREA. I ALREADY WAITED FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH BUT STILL THE CAR WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY MAKE DELIVER MY CAR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. BECAUSE I DONT HAVE ANOTHER OPTION TO GO MY OFFICE. IS IT NOT POSSIBLE TO REPLACE THAT BUTTON FROM NEW I-20 CAR?
