I had bought a mobile phone xolo a700 on 12mar 2013 in the phone my headset jack port was not working properly so that i had given for service before june24 2013 it was comes to me after 24 days without solving the problem so i had again given to the service on july 24 2013 today (16aug 2013) i had recived my handset but the complaint was not rectifed
Complainant's Goal: I want money back or new phone

I had bought a mobile phone xolo q700 on 16july 2013 in the phone my headset lock is not working ...so on date 17/8/13 i have given to service center ulubari(APACE SOLUTIONS.....bt they are not giving any responds till today..........
