Two day back I purchased a sony home theater & for the installation I have registered a call yesterday. M/s Sony has assign the service task to M/s Sharon Electronics. Yesterday I have spoken with the party for service. The party told me that your service will be completed by today. Today I have spoken with M/s Sharon Electronics for the same. They reply that we are having only one service today at your location, we will not send our service person for one service. We are having 4 service after two days at your location at that time we will attend your service. I am totally disappointed with there statement.
