Dear sir/madam,
My flight was confirmed last August 20, 2013 (pls. check Ref #ASJXBX, Ticket # 0********3412) but when i check in the ground crew said that "NO GO" status appeared and no explanation from them, and said we have to call Bahrain office or Saudi Arabia agent. in order to return to my job here in Saudi Arabia I have to rebooked again and pay 863.00 SR and 50.00 SR.
Bahrain Gulf Air ground crew ask me to send a complain and ask for refund.
For your information, there is no Gulf Air Office (Global City before) since Aug 07, 2013.
Please advised how can I take my refund.
