The service provided by this center is pathetic. I have never seen such unprofessional and casual attitude towards customers.
Here is my situation: I had met in an accident and had my bike totally destroyed. This was the nearest service center where I could take my crippled bike for repairing. After bringing my bike to this service center it took me 45 mins to get them create my job card ( not that they had their hands full with pending services ). Anyway, after getting the job card created I asked for the cost estimates for the total repair. In reply the incharge assured me to mail me the entire cost details by evening ( Apparently the guy who is responsible for cost evaluation was not present , NO SURPRISE). It has been 1 week since this incident and guess what? Leave alone repairing my bike, these idiots have not even mailed me tge cost evaluation. I have called them several ( by several I mean thousand times atleast ) but all they say is " sir our guy is currently unavailable. We will surely mail you by EOD".
Now I cannot personally visit the center due to certain unavoidable reasons. I have no idea in what condition my bike is and these people have stopped replying to my calls. If this is how every YAMAHA service center works, I strongly suggest people to not purchase YAMAHA products. I want the company to take their work seriously before starting to lose customers.
