I have been told that my Sim connector had broken and they have ordered for a new. I have ordered it on 13 July 2015. They estimated that I will get it in 15 days only. But with great inconvenience I had not get it till now.
Please sir do something and fix my problem as early as possible
If not answered I will go for consumers courts
