I am the owner of a cyber cafe in Silchar, Assam. Since 06th July I am facing problems. On the next day my connection was shifted from one distribution box to another on a temporary basis. I was told that this will be shifted permanently on another new box within 2 to 3 days which is till pending. Since it is a cyber cafe, any one can understand internet connection is how much necessary. My regular customers are shifting to another cyber cafe. Is it possible to survive in this way? I have started this business recently. When I contacted to nearest office, I was told that employee unavailable. I am paying the bill timely and if I don't get the service who will compensate me? And it known very well that there are many other fixed costs which I have to bear even if the shop is closed.
Earlier, I was not provided the splitter, since I have used the modem which, I was using at my home and that splitter provided along with it, has damaged due to long usage. BSNL office can not provide new splitter even if I want to buy the new one.
The doc. No. of the complaint I have booked dtd. 06-07-12 was 114******** which has been expired and the new doc. No. Which I have booked today is 11513926442.
