I had open Demat account with Motilal oswal securities Ltd.through Mr. Ashish Upadhyay (Relationship Manager,Malad Branch).I have open this Account on 25th October,2010 by giving them Rs.5000/- Advance brokerage which they have agreed to credit in my account if within 1 year of account opening i generate Rs. 5000/- brokerage from my trading activities.They had given me welcome kit mentioning my user id password. Mr. Ashish had come to my place and installed software from which i can do trading.
But now problem is the software which they have installed is not working. whenever i log into my account the software allows to login into account only once. If we want to login again for 2nd time we have to change password everytime for secong login.But Validity of password is normally 15 days. Many times they have tried to delete and reinstalled software but all in vain.
But everyitme i have to change password and login which is very time consuming. Inspite of several complaints they were not able to solve problem. Their IT department, costomer care department is inefficient and they have wasted my valuable time.
Finally, i told them to close my account but they are not ready to return my Rs 5000/- advance brokerage which i had given to them.They are very much inefficient,fraud and unprofessional people,They have checked my Computer system (From which i login into account)many times to find faults but they are unable to find problem and they are wasting my time,energy
