I TRIED TO WITHDRAW A SUM OF RS 4000/- ON 27 Mar 12 FROM A PNB ATM AT KURALI ROAD ROPAR WITH MY IOB DEBIT CARD. HOWEVER NO MONEY WAS GIVEN OUT BY THE ATM BUT I GOT A WITHDRAWL ALERT FOR THE SWIPE FOR THE SUM OF RS 4000/-. I LODGED A COMPLAINT FOR THE SAME THROUGH MY IOB BRANCH MANAGER. MY COMLAINT NO.T-2********12329.

Complainant's Goal: I WANT MY MONEY BACK URGENTLY.
