RE; CLAIM ON POLICY NO. 172201/48/2013/8.




I have submitted my claim on above policy on 17.05.2012 though DTDC courier, So far time left and still I have not received my claim amount Rs. 39,720/=

Please look in to the matter immediatly,, Severally time I tried to talk to your surat Br, but they are not taking my phone,and also note that the phone is

always busytone,. Please note that I am a cancer patient so you may please look in to the matter and repply me immediatly. I request you that please take

action on your officer name Mr. Swaroop because this type of worker not understading their responsiblity, only they are interested in sallary.
