I bought the Karbonn kc410 mobile in the month of May. i used it hardly for 1 week. after that mobile got problem. when i gave it to servicing center they told that there is adapater problem. i had to wait for 3 weeks. after 3 weeks he told that software has to be updated for that he took one week. after that he again told that there was a board problem and he wants to send it to bangalore. since then i did not get my mobile phone. when eve i asked him he is saying that my mobile phone is in bangalore only. i bought it for around 2500/- but i spent more than 5000- for petrol to go over there.
my father -in-law admitted in hospital and died in this month only. but i could not get the information at the right time to reach before he died. that is also because of this mobile phone and serviceing center.
i have never seen this kind of poor servecing .
i am fully un satisfied and getting fructuation with this mobile and this servicing.
please tell me how can i book the case against them

all this is the problem with
sri sai communications.
i wanted to cancel theirs contract.
