sir,
i purchased vodafone usb stick bearing sim no.********05,in the name of my wife,Mrs.Ashwini Pradhan on 5th may ,2011.
i have been having various issues with the usb,viz. installation ,connection,usb stick detection and so on....
i have called up gprs service department,and they checked it online and have told me that the product(usb stick ) is faulty.
hence they have asked me to get it replaced,and so accordingly i have approached vodafone service centre in kalyan west but they have denied me replacement of the product.
its almost a month now and am still not able to get the problems solved.
i hope u look into this matter personally and do the needful as soon as possible.
