I HAVE PURCHASED K-10 FROM SWAPANLOK 295 iNDIRA BAJAR JAIPUR CASH MEMO NO 223 DATED 26.03.2010 FOR RS 3850/- WHICH HAS MANUFACTURING DEFECTS LIKE POOR PASTING OF GLASS SCREEN AND KEYS AND POOR VOICE QUALITY. ONE (T) KEY OF QWERTY KEY PAD IS DROPPED AND LOST WHILE TALKING . I CONTACTED SELLER WHO ADVISED TO CONTACT SERVICE CENTER. THE TELEPHONE NOS. OF SALORA INTERNATIONAL AND GANESH TELECOM SERVICE CENTER AT JAIPUR GIVEN IN BOOK ARE WRONG. BEING UNABLE TO CONTACT I APPROACHED SHRI PARVEEN YOUR CIRCLE HEAD FOR HARYANA ON 15.12.2010 AT SANJAY MOBILE NARWANA HARYANA. HE REFUSED TO HELP . I DEMAND AN IMMEDIATE REFUND ON RS 3850/- AND WITH RS 5000/ AS COMPENSATION FOR MENTAL AGONY CAUSED. I AM IN TOURING JOB . YOU MAY CONTACT ME ON MOBILE NO 0********19 AND 0********16 FOR REMEDY.THE IMEI NO OF DUAL SIM ARE M-********0857688 AND S-********0857696. IN CASE OF NO RESPONSE WITHIN 10 DAYS I WILL GO TO CONSUMER FORUM FOR APPROPRIATE ACTION .
