I purchased i-10 from Beeaar Hundai, Mahanagar, on 18.4.2013, when vehicle delivered spedometer is not working then I complaint the officials , then problem rectified.

After One month my car met with a minor accident (which can be seen from the photograph of Car who takes by the agent of insurance company on 21.5.2013) on 20.5.2013 at night 08.00 PM and my car stopped near Polytechniqe at Lucknow, then I contacted the officials of the Beeaar Hundai workshop, at Chinhat to take my vehicle to the workshop but they replied that you take the vehicle in its own. Then I contacted private vehicle puller who take my car in to the workshop. On 21 May my car seen by the surveyer of the insurance co. and he said that after one week your car will be delivered. After one week when I went to workshop then officials of workshop said that your engine is not working and they said to me that block of the engine damaged. Then I said please repair my car as early as possible because it is under warranty period. then they said that it is the work of mechnical wing so they transferred the vehicle on 28.05.2013 to mehanical wing for further work. From 28.5.2013 to 05.6.2013 my car lying with mechnical wing and atlast on 06 june my vehicle engine opened and he told that your full engine needs repairing , then I said please repair my car at earliest and firstly give me the estimate of the veheicle but no response given to me and no estimate provided to me then the officials said firstly you deposit the money then I start repairing. Then after arranging money I deposit the Rs.40000/- on 09 June 2013 (Receipt voucher No.1210 ) and again said that please repair the vehicle at the earliest, then they said that within 15 days your vehicle will be delivered. After my repeated request my car finaly repaired and delivered to me on 17 July 2013 and estimate of the expenditure of car provided to me was Rs.111000/- means Rs.40000+71000 = 111000/-. and I paid the balance amount of Rs.71000/-(Receipt voucher No.1884 dated 17 July 2013) and take the vehicle.

On 25.8.2013 I had gone to Beeaar Hundai workshop for first service of the car at about 10.15 AM , they said that in first service car only washed , but after three hours and after washing , when I checked the car , the dust/mud not removed from the vehicle then I complaint the supervirsor then my car washed again properly, and after 05 hours my car only washed which is not good for a company like Hundai . When I enquired my one fog light bulb missig which I told the supervisor under my car washed and I take the vehicle without fog light bulb.

So , I request you sir to please look into the matter and because my vehicle under warranty period so please arrange to return the entire amount to me which I incurred in the repairing of the my car and also instruct the officials of the workshop to take care and kept the customer's satisfaction on top which is very necessary for a co. like Hundai.
