I purchased Bike from above dealer.

date of Purchace : 28.06.2010
Model: CD deluxe Self

Major problems:
1 Bike stops intermitantly when slowed.
2. Break stand pin jammed replaced on Ist servicing.
3. Engine and silencer gets excessively heated.
4. spark plug failed replaced once.
5. Lights failed rectifies on 1st and 2nd servicing.
6. Milage consistently 40 kpl.
7. Major rusting of parts evident.

All these issues were comunicated during the 2 servicings (No improvements).
Subject to 2nd servicing on 07.10.2010 bike stopped functioning of 09.10.2010. As I was on the way back from work, I had to push it 12 km back home.
This has caused me a severe back sprain.

Severely aggreived by the pathetic state of the bike ans the service provided. I aporach you for assitance to maintain my confidence in Brand " Hero Honda"
