Sir/Mam,
I have given my htc desire u handset to the service centre for abnormal display in lucknow on 04/06/14. The service centre told me that I will get back my handset on 06/06/14 after that they told me that it couldn’t repaired so I have to come after 2 days so I went on 10/06/14. On that same day they told me the same that it couldn’t repaired so I talked to htc toll free no 1********66 and they assured me that I will surely get back my handset on Saturday 14/6/14 any how but that day the result was as the same above and at 14/6/14 they gave me a standby set as there was too delay in service but that handset stopped working at 16/6/14 night as there was the same problem occurred as I had with my set so I went on 17/6/14 to returned that to service centre. Now they are saying that there could be a liquid who damaged the standby set now I have to pay the bill of standby set and then they will returned back my handset.
First of all I am not a child and this is not a first time I am using a mobile. I know how to prevent my handset with water or any liquid. If there was a liquid in that set then how I couldn’t see as service centre is saying it was vapourised and they told me there was a fungus in that so please tell me how fast it can be possible.
First you have given me a pathetic service and now you are making everything to get money by providing me a disturbed standby set. You have wasted my time and money and mentally harassed me every alternate day. It was a biggest mistake of choosing a htc handset. I used almost every branded set but now being a htc customer I have to say that you have a very pathetic and cheap service. I haven’t seen my mails from 4/4/14. This is simply harassing me. Now I will never be a htc customer and htc service is completely fake. You are doing nothing but fooling your customers.
Now you have forced me to take action as there was many customers at that service centre who was complaining the same type of service as I am experiencing.
