I have purchase one Nokia battery sl no 0********2040S297E10306652 Model No BP-6M from a shop “YASHâ€Electronics shop no 1,2,3, Panchratna Complex near Amber Cinema, Jamnagar(Gujarat) Phone no 0288-2533456&2553456, vide bill no 9981 on date 19 Mar 2012 with a 6 months grantee.
After 1 ½ month I am facing one problem with this battery “ In Standby mode, After 5/6 hours the charge reduce to halfâ€.
I approach to shop keeper he refuse to replace the battery and shop keeper ask me to visit Nokia care in jamnagar.Nokia care representative told the hand set Nokia 6233 & battery to be check and for that you have pay some amount. Then I checkup my hand set to other mechanic. Same matter I inform to that shop. Shop keeper could not give me satisfactory reply. Same drama goes 2/3 times. On 30 Jun 12 I visited again to that shop & asks again the same. Sale representative direct me to again to Nokia care shop.Nokia care shop ask me to keep the battery and they will send it to company for decision/ replacement and it will take near about 15/20 days.
Further I ask them how I can use my set during these periods. They told that is not our look after or purchase another mobile etc etc.
I have been harassed much by shop keeper and Nokia care centre .Submitted to you for your suitable reply/decision. Thanking you
