I had purchased a woodland shirt on 9th July 2013 in Rs. 1377. On 8th of October due to a little stretch above the cuff of the shirt, the shirt above cuff and also on the front part got torn in front of public. When I contacted customer care they are denying to return the shirt by saying that they cannot return the product according to the terms given in the agreement on the receipt. But, as the quality of the product was bad, how can they escape their liability on the basis of such an unreasonable term. This is a breach of trust by woodland as i had purchased this shirt because I had faith on the quality of the woodland product. Due to the poor quality product, I got insulted in front of everyone and also suffered economic loss as the shirt has been damaged in such a manner that I can't wear it next time. It hampered my classes as I had to return home as the shirt got torn in college itself.
