i purchased on 10-2-2011 through aaatele shopping pvt .ltd. but they promised this phone working tata docomo also but i tried docomo prost paid card cell no ********57, i access internet software on 17th febrauary 2011. when ever load the sms from docomo after this phone was not working after i make different complaints to your customer care, they told because of tata docomo internet your i68 phone was software corrupted. they told send to delhi office through courier, they not to cooperative with me. they never told your servicing centre address , why not cooperative with customers and why not help to customers. one more thing aaa teleshoping pvt. ltd. also not at all cooperative with me. and one more thing they did not give blue tooth device , as they promised on advertisement. please check above issues and solve my problems ...why not put customer service at hyderabad in andhra pradesh india. we are stying at hyderabad. my address 8-3-677/36, sri krishna devaraya nagar, yellareddy guda, hydrabad. pin - 500 045... my cell no 0********93, 0********57, my email id dvrao_2000@yahoo.com, please send email only , i am always very busy. that's why please reply on email only. i am loss lot of business because of your fujezonemobile i68 was damaged .. why not support with tata docomo, please solve the problem as early as possible. why not tatadocomo software up dated.. thanking you sir, kindly solve the problem as early as possible and arrange through aaa teleshopping pvt. ltd., why not respond your team and aaa teleshopping team . kindly arrange new phone with tata docomo inter net software. other wise arrange money 3000/- ( three thousand rupees only). thaning you sir yours d.venkateswara rav. hydrabad andhra pradesh, india......
