I have lodged complaint with tata motors regarding delay in rectification of AC fault in Vehicle No. DL3CBB2149 on 04/04/10 which is at their authorised dealer M/s VST Motors, Trichy scince 29.03.04. Even after lot of visit to service center and personal discussion there the ultimate result was nil. As of now my vehicle is at service station and no date is committed by any one. I request you to please takeup the matter at suitable place and arrange to deliver the vehicle to me
Complainant's Goal: I want my new vehicle back first
