As i have purchased a new shine bike in your showroom (JSP Honda Annanagar).My 3rd abd 4th service i have given in Ayanavaram SVM honda service centere there is no proper service provided still now per week iam taking this bike at least once in a week to SVM service centre for complaints which is located in ayanavaram..Kindly look into this and do the needful as earliest.Let me know if you are not the right person to contact this isuue is regretted.
I want to know whether SVM have Good service and skilled technical person as well as service managers.I am really fedup with my bike.

Subject : Engine Number Mismatch.
This is for your information regarding the issue is My Bile Engine number mismatch in Insurance copy and RC book Copy.
On 09th April 2016 I went to Ayanavaram SVM Honda Showroom relates to renewal of Bike Insurance in that time one employee said Engine number Mismatch with RC Book and they said need the original copy of RC Book and the same day I have given the same in Ayanavaram Showroom branch. But sill the issue not clear at your end and I have not get my Original RC Book at my end the issue going on last 4 months.
Kindly look in to the issue and clear the same at the earliest or otherwise I will raise the issue higher officians.
