I have placed order for 2 products (i.e., Sweater and Dress material) on kaunsa.com on 27.11.2013 with order No.KA/199437/65FWR9J4 and paid Rs.1,505/- through HDFC credit card. I have received dress material but I didn't received sweater till now. Please let me know the delivery of product.
