I purchase a I-Book laptop on 07-02-2011. It's O.C. No. & BAR CODE 272.I m not received Laptop eyerfone. & It not support any function on useable softwares. And it is not support the Internet on BSNL Brodband, IDEA , MTS, TATA photon Data card etc. so pls help me
