On 10.11.2012 I was travelling with my family in coromandel exp.train no.12842,ticket no.18368186,PNR no.4243011022.I boarded at Vijaywada. My coach no. was S8. I had a confirmed reservation with the birth no. 25,26,27 and 28. After boarding at the train I saw that the train was over crowded. My births were occupied by the unreserved persons who refused to give our seats there. It was very difficult to go to the Toilet even. So alongwith my 8years old Son and 80 yrs. old father-in-law we were forced to be there in a horrible condition even without taking food. The TT when cme expressed his helplessness and ind informed the extra tickets are issued now. If this is the situation then what is the utility of booking a reservation by paying money?
