Sub. Delay in getting my RPLI Policy Bond.
Sir, with due respect I am to lodge with you the following complaint. Please consider and take immediate action to redress my complaint.
1. On 29/10/2011 I had purchased an RPLI Policy from Mukhya Dak Ghar, Paradip, Jagatsinghpur, Odisha, PIN-754142 for Rs.300000.00.
2. Its annual premium is Rs. 6405.00. Receipt Book No.1046, Original (Preliminary) Receipt No.28, Code No.706.
3. On previous emails I was told by your office to contact the Supdt. Of Posts, South Divsn., Cuttack as Paradip PO comes under his jurisdiction.
4. Till this date I did not get the RPLI Bond. Several requests to the Post Master did not bring any result.
Therefore I request you to look into the delay and take appropriate steps to redress my grievance at the earliest.
