I had purchased a UNICORN vehicle from PIONEER HONDA, ongole, prakasam dt. A.P. While selling the vehicle the dealer told not to use any local spare parts
from out side.My vehicle needs to change chain spraket set. But for the past one month they are telling " NO STOCK OF SPARE PARTS". I entered in to AMC for my vehicle. What is the use of entering in to AMC and using the HONDA MOTORS vehicle. How I can use my vehicle without proper spares. I have to keep my vehicle idle.

Bad service they are charging more amount without solving problem bad service shop, even after servicing bike will come to showroom with in four days again they dnt know the actual problem of the scooty they are changing every part and charging more amount, mechanics are poor they dont have basic knowledge of scooties. Plz take action tbey are not repairing they are charging more

ABNORMAL DELAY TO SUPPLY SPARE PARTS FOR HONDA UNICORN (TN 63 F 3730)

Sir,
1.My two wheeler(Honda Unicorn) bearing registration number was left at your authorised dealer,Kun Honda at Ashok Nagar Chennai on 21 st May 2011.Service center informed me that silerncer ,petrol tank , etc are to be replaced.
Initially, I was told that the spare parts required are not readily availble and would be changed within a period
of one week after the receipt of same from your firm.

However to my surprise ,the spare parts have not been changed till date as the dealer says that the items are not yet
supplied by your firm instead of their repeated reminder.

2. I purchased the vehicle of your make with more expectation but I am now more frustrated since my vehile lies
idle at the service center for more than a month due to non availability of spare.

3. I am now finally forced to knock your door for the early supply of the req items on priority to the above dealer.

The service center may also be adviced to carry out the repair of my vehicle without further delay. am sure you will
do the needful.

My Honda activa registration no is WB24 S2446purchased on 25/08/2010 from M/S Shiva Wheels Pvt Ltd(17, B T Road ,Kolkata-56 , West Bengal)

An accident held on 03/12/2010 , relating to which I claimed insurance from my above mentioned dealer on that very date , after eleven days (14/12/2010) at the time of delivery , though I paid all required amount for claim settlement ,but they delivered me the two wheeler with broken front inner , with another two broken fiber body parts ( whose item nos. are 50621-KWP - 9W , 81131- KWP-9WZA , 64200 - KWP - 9WZF) . And whatever body color they did that is not according to your company standard of work and with so many spots . And that time they assured me that within very short period they will change those damaged parts and do again the collaring with good quality . But after several notice still they have not entertained my due services . Every time they are assuring for another day
