I am using vodafone No. (********32) about three years, this connection owned by Mr surya prakash joshi, S/o- vishwalal joshi, 258-A,Ner kuberflat, new delhi-68. Now he left Delhi, so i am (nemichand his friend) using this No-********32.
as per Dot Requirement i had deposited tranfer farm with NOC & with my New address(nemichand)C/o, suraj Pal singh Rahav,Devi mohlla, Village bhondsi, Gurgaon. as on 18.10.10, as on 20.10.10, i had recd varification call from vodafone end. as on 28.10.10 i have recd massgae again for submtion document, so i make a call to customer care of vodafone, someone executive told me that donot worry, your address has been changed. but next day i recd same massgae to submission document, i have again called to vodafone to ravi -he told me that your address is out of varification area so re submit document your nearest vodafone store, i have deposited document at MGF mall vodafone store, i told him that is nearset location to me, as per him he give me bid of 30km distance, but my location is about 23km, third time have recd massage from vodafone, icalled some one sukh told me taht yur varification is nagative. no one executive called me for varification nagative, & last Ms seeta told me donot worry i will send any guy to varification in 48 hours, finally approx 18.30 i make a call to some one, call transerd to vodafone automatcaly some one Tabhi told me your out going(as on 30.10.10) run after 4 hours, but finally after 15 hours my services not acivated, i had deposited up to date payment as on transfer date 18.10.10
