Cheating and fraud by Appka Roozgaar Services executives ,roozgaar.com

Dear sir this Roozgaar Services has been cheated me giving me me false promises .also they are not refunding my amount.
They are also trying to get details of my credit card. Once they have also tried to make online transaction through my card(which they fail)
Details as follows
On 8th july 2013, an exec. from Appka Roozgar services kept calling me the whole day and pestered me to get enrolled on his website free of cost, I began filling the form on line with the exec. prompting me on the phone.When I came to the payment details, the exec. told me that to complete the enrollment I will have to put in my credit card details. I refused saying that I did not want his services if they are chargeable.But he promised me that no money will be taken from my card,and that I just had to put my card number.After arguing for almost 30-40 mins, he coaxed me into putting the card details again assuring that my card will not be charged.I gave in to his false assurance and put in my card details, only to find that my card was charged for Rs.20221.When I asked him why my card was charged he said that I should take the package now.I strongly refused, after which he promised to refund the amount in 10 days, but instead he has stopped taking my calls, and sent me a mail asking me to use his roozgar package.I am attaching all mails exchanged between us.Kindly look into the same,and address my matter as soon as possible.If any more details are required I will be more than happy to share the same.The only person who seems to be at the other end is one Mr.Sanjeev Sachdeva, and he has only one mobile number. 0********75.(For costumer care services)

Dear Sir,
I never intended to make the payment of Rs20221.40 made by my SBI Credit Card no 43********116037 for registration on your website. I was conned by your customer executive who assured me that I only had put card details, but no money would be taken of my card ,I reasoned with him for long time that if I put the detail,the money will get debited, but he assured me time & again that no such thing will happen .He literally forced me to put in my details.
This is absolutely unethical practice, I request u to refund my card payment or else I shall approach to the consumer court for the same.
Detail conformation of payment is along with this.

I have made it very clear from the beginning that I am not interested in dealing with you people.
I just want my Rs 20221, back which you have fraudulently taken from my credit card.You initially promised to refund the amount to me within 10 days and now again you send such mails to me,which clearly indicates that you have no intentions of refunding my money to me,so I have decided to approach the Consumer Court instead.
I am filing a complaint to the Consumer Court right away, and I shall see to it that u do not dupe innocent public anymore using unethical means and false promises.

Also every time I give email. they said that you receive amount after 7 working days. Now person name is Mr Sandeep
who gives confirmation for refund. having no 0********72,0********73.
