There are many locals coming from Asangaon / Kasara in the morning hours where the public does not seem to have valid First class ticket / passes. Why is there no checking happening for such individuals. Same is true for trains going in those places, have they got exemption.

Not only that generally ticket checking staff is very rare to see, if it is a constraint of people there should be some kind of voluntary option started for commuters which authorise them to ask for ticket/ passes
