in june 2014, i ordered a SHAKUMBHARI WOMEN'S DRESS - MULTICOLOURED-M on homeshop18. when i received the product i wasnt satisfied so i returned it and asked for the refund. i have call them many times but no positive response has been seen. they keep making fake promises every time. its october end now, and i have not received my refund yet. i have also read many same problems about this site. they are easily cheating on people's trust and digesting our hard- earned money. so i really request the concerned authorities to take required actions as early as possible.
