Sir,
While travelling from Patna to New Delhi by Patna Rajdhani Express (12309) on dtd. 20.11.2011. The train was delayed due to Foggy Weather.
No, snacks, tea nor lunch was provided by the caterers.
When complaint register book was asked for loddging the complaints, they refused to furnish the book for the above purpose.
