Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that my train Agra Intercity(2180) was cancelled at Etawah station on21-09-10,I was to board at Etawah but could not do so ,hence I filed TDR on 22-09-10

I am sorry to say that the status showing is still "Reffered to Railways"

Kindly do the need full and refund the money at the earliest.

To whom it may concern,

I have tried booking a ticket from Howrah to Durgapur on 02/05/2018 but my reservation got cancelled due to IRCTC server error. It's been 15days now and my refund has not been initiated. Upon calling the customer care they always say due to some techhnical error they can't tell me the status . And I have been hearing this since last 7days continuously.
My transaction ID was ********3940

Please look into the matter as soon as possible so that I can get my refund without any further ado.

Dear Team,

With great regret & inconvenience, i bring to your notice the inappropriate behavior of the railway staff at BANGALORE JN (KSR-SBC) I had purchased the train ticket (As attached) from BANGALORE to AGRA CANT on 22691-RAJDHANI EXPRESS (Pnr- 4********2) for travel on 28 april 2018. I made a cash payment for the tickets at the booking window, and the ticket had a wait list status at the time of booking..
TRAIN NUMBER -22691
PNR - 4********2
AMOUNT- 3780
TRAVEL DATE- 28-APR-2018

At the time of boarding, the tickets were not confirmed and the tt did not allow us to board the train. TT last sir name - VERMA
TT WAS DEMAND FOR 6500 RS FOR PENALTY CHARGE..IF U WILL GIVE TO SAME AMOUNT THAN U WILL CONTINUE OTHERWISE U WILL CANCELLED YOUR TICKET AT COUNTER...PLZ LOOK AND CHECK MY ISSUE...3780 RS BIG AMOUNT FOR ME...

Post this, we went at the booking window and asked for the refund of the tickets. We spoke to the senior railway officer at BANGALORE railway station. but he had refused the refund for the ticket. first time senior counter person was told u have to go where u have booked the ticket...but i was told sir my boarding point sbc station..and booking point kr puram its not possible... I went to 4 railway officers but nobody listened to my request.after 30 -35 min delay one lady person was cancelled my ticket and told u will not recieved any amount because train time has been finished. I felt harassed because of their behavior and faced a lot of inconvenience.

Hence i request you to look into this and expedite the process of refund at the earliest possible.
