I had got my kinetic scooter repaired from above cited person in June 2008 onwards.He charged Rs 4035(scanned copy attatched) and refused to issue me the bill even after my repeated requests.He promised me a warranty for 1.5 years.However on 22-1 2009, he charged Rs 1025/-(scanned copy attatched) again with similar promeses.He charged Rs 3100 in May 2009 for the same problem.He neither gave me slip nor any bill.In Aug 2009,my scooter developed the same problem which he not only refused to entertain but also turned arrogant.
