Sir, I am Mrs.Vinta.Thakker and my big tv card number is 200557325664. My account is showing an error 400 signal lost from past 3 days.The tv all of a sudden started showing signal lost.On calling the customer care , they did not respond properly.I have been calling them since 3days but they do not receive the calls...I have waited for 20 minutes duration on call but the call goes unanswered...Please find me the solution to the problem...Kindly do the needful and oblige as soon as possible.
