Religare Perfect gateway - I am not satisfied with the service & the response

My self Amol Kapse Booking ID 201009264399 Form No: 8398.

I am trying to contact the above mentioned company for last 2 days regarding the quaries for booking of the room in the one of the hotels provided in the list of resorts which is available on their website. I have purchased a promotional scheme (Holiday vouchar) from Religare. The cost of the same is Rs.7000/- which I have already paid to the company via IVR.
As per their terms and conditions the customer is supposed to book the hotel min 30-45 days before the travel date. I have forwarded the vouchar code request form on last monday i.e. on 14th March 2011 by speed post, but yet i have not received any phone call from the company for the booking purpose. Also in the last week I had talked to one of the executives regarding the terms and conditions. I had discussed about point number 6 from the Terms & conditions given in the holiday voucher which is related to the payment against the utility charges for electricity, telephone & water. The executive said that there is no need to pay extra money other than Rs. 7750/- (Payment through IVR & DD) and was ready to forward the e-mail stating the same.
I want to plan my Honeymoon trip accordingly. The company is supposed to call the customer within 3 working days on receipt of the filled request form.
You only tell me how can i plan my honeymoon trip without the comformation. One of the things which i didnt liked is that you are providing only one Telephone number ie 0120-3397172 and the alternate number ie. 0120-3397171 is out of service.
I am trying to contact the company on the given contact number ie 0120-6797171 (which was given in the vouchar form) but this number is out of service. Previously I had launched the complaint against the same company & I got a quick response from the said company. I got new contact number but again all the time i am getting the number busy in the working hrs (10:30 am to 5:30 pm) also after working hrs, i.e even at night (9:00 -10:00 pm).
The scheme is that customer can book any room from the 3, 4 & 5 star hotels given in the list for 7 nights & 8 days.
Please help me out as soon as possible, because I want to book the hotel for my honeymoon. which is planned on 30th May 2011.
