I own a Pulsar 220 for past 3 yrs get servicing done on time. My complain is about overcharging by the service centre on some pretext or other. Charge for paid servicing is Rs 300, however they add other charges like battery servicing, chain servicing and others in it, and don't even touch chain or battery. They add Rs 100 for chain service, 100 for battery service even if there is no problem at all. Moreover they provide wrong information about the services and make unscrupulous charges. I demand that action must be taken against SURJEET BAJAJ and its accountability must be ensured.
