I want to lodge complaint against the poor service at Head Post office at parliament street where not even a staff but the post Master is not aware of the legal part of the service. Today when I went to encash me NSC where my name was written as Pradeep Kumar Gandhi and I have my SB Account with the same Post Office as Pradeep Gandhi. I requested the staff concerned to put the money in my SB Account but he refused to do so as there was name mismatch. I told them that they can check my signature and match my photo and if they want I can give them declaration that this account belongs to me as signature on the NSC and signature with the SB Account is same and same photo is also endorsed, but they did not listen to it and went to the post master but Post Master also said the same thing that they cannot put the money in my SB Account. I told him that there is no name mismatch as my name pradeep is is same on both the NSC And SB account. It seems that either the the post master was not aware of their rites or he is just sitting to harras the public. It is matter of surprise that in our country it is very difficult to get our own money from the govt departments.It is my suggestion that goverment should give retirements to those who are not fulfilling their jobs or not aware of their duties .The senior person should at least sitting their to solve the problems but these type of persons are just harrasing the public.
