Customer service in planet honda showroom is worst, they are least bothered about customer, they don't respect customer basically.
I have paid for the extended warranty for my honda shine, its 16 days over i have taken the delivery still they have not given any documents regarding this, i have visited their show room for 7 times they are giving only reasons. i have called them more than 10 times, they will ask us to call after half an hour every time we call.
from the day of booking the vehicle i have not satisfied with the services in this show room.
1. when we were booking the vehicle they were least concern
2. during the time of payment they are mixing my documents with other files and misplacing my documents
3. during the delivery they had scratched my vehicle and giving nonsense reasons for all those things and asking to come on another day to get it repaired
4.To collect my owners manual and road tax receipt i have been to show room for 4 times.
5. regarding my extended warranty i have travelled 7 times still they have not provided me.
6. they wont receive the phone 0********0/11/12 and other number 080 41444555 will be busy always which is a dead phone.
This is not only my concern, all most all the people are facing this problem, on behalf of all the customers i am lodging this complaint
YES I ALSOW HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE FROM 2001 WHEN I PURCHASED THE HONDA ACTIVA THEY DAMAGED MY VEHICLE WHILE DELIVERY.EVEN NOW WHEN I GAVE MY VEHICLE FOR SERVICING IN MAY 2011 I HAD TO GET IT SERVICED AGAIN WITH A PRIVATE MECHANIC. WHAT R THEY SOME RUDE UNEDUCATED UNCOOPERATIVE WORKERS
