i had traveled in garib rath last week and the for blanket and pillows thay took a 100rs from me and when i asked them receipt and denied to give and thay did not have any written letter also to show for what thay are takeing, my travel time was more than 8 hours, and when i asked the TT, he refused to answer.
Complainant's Goal: i feel cheated i do not mind if this money goes to goverment not to the tt.

I support this complaint.yes i supprot chandni mehta because i alredy feel these same probleme in trains .
I do not support this complaint.because tte is not responsible for every service in indian railways.tte has nothing to do with the bed rolls.you approached the wrong official.
